Project Details: This family lost their house in an unfortunate fire that took everything burning their home down to the foundation. The city codes did not allow them to rebuild their home in its current location due to the current set back requirements. The city offered them a new lot that the city owned as a trade for their existing property, where they could build a new home. We started by working with the homeowner to design their new home. We did this in house designing and drawing the floor plans from our office. We then began the construction of there new dream home from the foundation up. |
