Project Details: The Old Peking Restaurant fire project in Collinsville IL. was started at the end of 2002 and completed in the spring of 2003. They had major damage to there Kitchen area and smoke damage to the remaining areas of the building. Not only did we restore the building we also worked with the local building and zoning department and the owner in an attempt to bring the older building up to the new building codes. This required us to design and build a new exterior ramp to access the front entry and new ADA accessible restrooms. |
