Jun Construction offers in house floor plan development for your project. This allows you to work with one person from the start of the project to the completion.
We are members of the Home Builders Association of Greater Southwest Illinois. As a member of the HBA we have adopted the Illinois Quality Assurance Builder Standard for Home Building and Remodeling. This booklet was not only approved by the HBA but also the Homeowners Association. It gives a homeowner an index style resource to understand the warranty of there new home, and what is to be expected from their contractor.

The Oaks at Deer Creek subdivision was started in the summer of 2003 by Jun & Wickenhauser Developments and is currently in its second phase of construction. Jun Construction is the builder for all homes in the subdivision. The Oaks is a fully custom home development, no two homes are alike, and homes start in the 200’s. It is also unique in that we offer condo style living in the privacy of single family homes. We achieve this by offering a menu of selection options for your house and lot maintenance. A home owner can choose from 0% to 100% of the maintenance to be performed by the association’s maintenance contractor. A homeowner can choose to self perform some or all of their own maintenance within these menu options. For example if you like to do your own gardening but do not want to mow your lawn you can select that option, it all depends on your lifestyle and it comes down to you having choices.
